Good to know

School access questions.

How is school pricing calculated?

School access is priced according to the programmes selected, language requirements and number of staff seats required. We prepare a school-specific quotation rather than publishing one fixed school price.

How long does school access last?

School access is normally structured around the January to December academic year. Any different arrangement would be agreed as part of the school quotation and access terms.

Can we start with only one programme?

Yes. School access is modular. You can choose the programme or combination of programmes that matches the ages and grades you currently need to support.

Can we choose English, Afrikaans or both?

Yes. Language requirements are configured as part of your school access. Tell us which programme versions your staff need when you submit your enquiry.

How do staff members receive access?

Your school receives the agreed number of staff seats. A nominated school contact can manage how those seats are allocated to participating staff members.

How does payment work?

School access is arranged through an enquiry, quotation and invoice. Payment is normally made by electronic funds transfer, and access is activated once the agreed payment requirements have been completed.
